CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE SERVICE:

Cancellation of the service in the last 48 hours will result in the loss of the deposit paid at the time of booking. Cancellation of the service before the last 48 hours will be fully refunded

 

HOURS:

The captain will scrupulously respect the indicated departure time. COMOLAKE JOURNEY is not responsible for any delays of passengers who will not be present at the time of boarding

 

WEATHER CONDITIONS:

In the event of weather conditions that cannot guarantee the safety of passengers, the company and the captain reserve the right to make changes to the schedule, and if strictly necessary, definitively cancel the navigation. in this case you will be able to have a TOTAL REFUND or rescheduling of the TOUR if possible
